As a technologist, I collaborate with consumer technology teams and leaders to realize bold visions that embrace both social justice and privacy. To achieve bold visions, we need rigor. As a facilitator, I help teams to co-create reflective, inclusive processes and cultures. We need to hear all voices to have a future elevated by beneficial technology.

I work at Airbnb as the technical lead for an initiative, Project Lighthouse, whose aim is to reduce discrimination on its platform and to provide leadership for other companies to do the same. The focus of my role is to help us innovate and navigate complex trade-offs in big data, privacy, and social justice.
